Cuttlebug Mania Embossing Challenge

Hello and welcome here!  It's been a lovely May long weekend here in Southern Manitoba, most times you can count on rain or even snow but not this year.  But alas it's back to work and school today.  There's also a new challenge over at Cuttlebug Mania, it's an Embossing Challenge!  And don't forget to use your Cuttlebug.

Challenge - Embossing

Challenge runs for 2 weeks.
Don't forget to let us know how you used your Cuttlebug

Card Size:  4.25" x 5.5"
I've been doing lots of watercolouring lately!  It's my new fave thing to do.  The piece behind my image is embossed using a Spellbinder die.  I explain how to do that HERE.

 Here's a close-up of the embossing.

Inside:

I used Strathmore Watercolor Paper 140lb cold press for my watercoloring.  I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks to watercolour with.  For the flower I used Faded Jeans and Walnut Stain, the stem is Forest Moss.  The background is Scattered Straw and Spiced Marmalade.  The image is stamped with Memento Black Ink.  Once everything was dry I stamped the sentiment.
